The first digital event dedicated simultaneously to the world of credit and the world of real estate.
Up until now considered two close worlds, credit and real estate are today more than ever interconnected and tied together.
During the 3-day conference participants will be able to:
Networking between participants will be possible thanks to a live chat that enables members to reserve a virtual room to talk with each other, developing the business relationships.
Day 1 will be dedicated to exploring great opportunities and synergies that arise from the close connection between real estate sector and impaired loans market. Managers and CEOs of Banks, Investors and Servicers will share with participants strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing real estate assets to guarantee loans and those subject to repossession strategies.
The morning will be divided into two panels. In the first, value alliances recently created in the market will be illustrated by those directly involved, while the second panel will analyze the opportunities offered to real estate operators by the huge amount of non-performing secured loans.
In the afternoon, the stage will host the players from the credit and real estate worlds, who will present themselves with their hottest projects through a series of workshops distributed in four time slots to allow most participants to attend the workshops and get to know the players.
The workshops will last 45 minutes and will be repeated twice in different time slots; the protagonist of the workshop will be the company that will reserve the virtual meeting space . Workshop organizers will be able to project presentations, hold interactive conversations with the audience and share experience and opinions on the focus topic of the meeting. Workshops must have a minimum of 15 participants and a maximum of 25.
Day 2 will be dedicated to innovation: how technology and digitization, intertwined in the two worlds of credit and real estate, respond to real problems thanks to solutions designed on the user’s needs, aimed at bridging the digital gap in an easy and efficient way. In the morning, in plenary live virtual meeting, we will discuss and explore case studies of innovative business models and new platforms that were born thanks to the strong use of technology as well as examples of players that have transformed traditional, consolidated processes into new and more efficient business identities.
In the afternoon pitches, demos and exchanges between professionals and innovators will take place, gathering information and answers, creating valuable dialogue between participants.
Each demo-pitch will last 45 minutes, repeated twice for each platform booked and distributed over different time slots. Pitch will be held by screen-sharing mode, guided by the speaker that will illustrate the presentation and will take place in the virtual space entirely reserved for him/her. Interactivity and participation will be accessible to all members.
On the morning of the third day, in a plenary live virtual meeting, we are working to offer an update of the market data and scenarios of the post-COVID-19 real estate market, illustrated by leading experts in the sector. Following, participants will be able to get to know better some of the main players of the real estate sector and the financial market, such as banks and real estate funds supporting growth and developing this sector.
